The Action Duchenne team are delighted to offer FREE conference tickets to all Action Duchenne members; Family members; children / young people; people living with Duchenne and Carers. So please continue with the registration form to obtain these complimentary conference tickets.

 

In addition to the free conference tickets, Action Duchenne is offering families a grant up to £100 towards their conference travel and/ or accommodation to help towards the cost of attending the event. There is one grant available per family and can be claimed after the conference.
