CIOF Convention 2026 Registration - In-Person Corporate/Organisational Members

 

We have sold our allocation of Early bird tickets for 2026. You can still enjoy access to Convention at our standard rates. Written booking requests already acknowledged will be honoured

 

From the dropdown box below, select the total number of attendees you are booking for below, before adding their names (enter TBC if not yet known).  You will then be asked to add the details and select a registration type for each person, one by one before submitting the form. If you don't yet have the information for each attendee, please enter TBC. 

Not sure who is attending or for how many days? If you would like to purchase tickets and are currently unsure on the number of attendees/which day(s) to book, please email convention@ciof.org.uk giving the following information (ideally in an Excel spreadsheet):

You will receive details of how to update your booking once you have the full details of who is attending and on which day/days they are attending. Please note that if you increase the total number of days you were originally invoiced for, you will be expected to pay the new price. Refunds and cancellations will be made in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Please note that there is a 10% discount on member tickets when purchasing 5 or more at the same time. The form will deduct the 10% automatically.

Summary

If you are registering for more than one attendee, after completing the details for the first, please click the "Register" button above to add the details for the others.  If you don't yet have their names/details, please add TBC in the mandatory fields.  On the confirmation email you will be given a link to edit the booking.

Once the registration details have been added for all attendees, please accept the terms and conditions below then click "next" to be taken to the payment page.

If you are paying by invoice and need to add a purchase order number to the invoice, please select Add Purchase order number to invoice. If you are paying by card, please contact us at convention@ciof.org.uk if you need your receipt to be issued with a purchase order number.
