- To qualify for a member priced ticket , you must be a current member of the UK Evaluation Society on the date of the ticket purchase AND on the dates of the conference (19th - 22nd May 2025)
- To qualify for a student priced ticket , you must be a current member or student member of the UK Evaluation Society and you must be studying at a recognised UK educational institution with a valid student ID card and you must use your .ac.uk email address.
- To qualify for a charity priced ticket , you must work for a charity registered on the Charity Commission or OSCR websites and use the same domain in your email address as shown on the website. We reserve the right to ask for additional proof.
Please note, we will be doing checks to ensure reduced price tickets are valid. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the online programme and/or the conference venue to anyone whose ticket is not valid.
As the UK Evaluation Society (UKES) has achieved registered charity status with the Charity Commission (no. 1211138) with its core charitable purpose including 'to advance education and training for the public benefit in the practice of evaluation', ticket purchases for the 2025 conference are exempt from VAT from now onwards.

Networking and Cultural Activities
Book now to reserve your place on our exclusive extra-curricular conference activities!
Join us on the eve of the in person conference to meet other evaluators. You can register early and avoid the morning rush on Wednesday, and join one or more of our meetups for early career evaluators, mid career evaluators, solo and small consultancies and general networking. There is no charge but a pay bar will be available serving alcoholic and soft drinks.
Join us and your conference peers as we celebrate in true Scottish style with a renowned local venue that hosts a weekly ceilidh, so they know how to jig!

Join a Glasgow guide who will lead a small group of conference delegates on a tailored route which includes a broad history of Glasgow and some of its most unique sights. You only need a moderate physical fitness to enjoy this unique experience, tickets are just £10
Taking place at a legendary Glasgow pub, with no payment required in advance (we just need to gauge interest) - make a weekend of it in Glasgow, or stay over till Friday and visit some local museums and galleries.
Join a UKES trustee in a visit to one of Glasgow's prestigious galleries. In a city renowned for art and architecture, this will make your visit truly memorable. Entry is free but useful for us to have an indication of demand.
