- To qualify for a member priced ticket, you must be a current member of the UK Evaluation Society on the date of the ticket purchase AND on the dates of the conference (19th - 22nd May 2025)

- To qualify for a student priced ticket, you must be studying at a recognised UK educational institution with a valid student ID card and you must use your .ac.uk email address.

- To qualify for a charity priced ticket, you must work for a charity registered on the Charity Commission or OSCR websites and use the same domain in your email address as shown on the website. We reserve the right to ask for additional proof.

Please note, we will be doing checks to ensure reduced price tickets are valid. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the online programme and/or the conference venue to anyone whose ticket is not valid.

 

If you are potentially submitting an abstract, please note that successful speakers will be offered discounted tickets.

 

All prices are in £ and exclude VAT, which will be charged at the required rate.
