The Chartered Institute of Fundraising of Canopi, 82 Tanner Street, London SE1 3GN is the data controller.  

The information you provide in this form will be used to process your application to access a bursary to attend the Chartered Institute of Fundraising Scottish Fundraising Conference. You will be notified about the outcome of your application by email. Forms from successful applicants will be kept until the event has taken place and then securely destroyed within 1 month, forms from unsuccessful applicants will be securely destroyed no later than the start date of the event.

The allocation of bursaries is based on the answers you give below. Please take the time to consider your answers so we can get to know you.
