The Chartered Institute of Fundraising of Canopi, 82 Tanner Street, London SE1 3GN is the Controller.

The information you provide will be used in the following ways:

  • To process your booking and administer your attendance at this event.
  • If you have registered for a dinner place, your First Name and Last Name, will be listed on the table plan during the dinner.
  • First Name and Last Name will be shared with the DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow if you have booked a package that includes accommodation to ensure you are on the rooming list.
  • To gain follow-up feedback from you about the event you have attended – this will either be sent by email post event or be collected in hard copy at the event.
  • For analysis and research to help us improve our services and event management.

Photography and videoing will take place at this event. If you would prefer that your face is not included in photographs or videos, then please make yourself known to the photographers or one of the Chartered Institute representatives at the conference. The Chartered Institute will use photographs and videos in marketing and guidance materials including publication on Chartered Institute websites, social media, e-newsletters and hard copy documents.
