The Venue and Accommodation

The Venue

This year we are returning to the Leonardo Hotel, Hinckley Island (formerly called Jury’s Inn). The Conference Suite at the hotel is roomy, airy and bright and the rooms are all on one level, in close proximity so you'll never be far from the action.

Travel

The venue is a 25 minute drive from Coventry, a 30 minute drive from Leicester and a 40 minute drive from Birmingham city centre.

The nearest airports are Birmingham airport, which is a 35 minute drive, and East Midlands International Airport, a 40 minute drive. 

Travel from London Euston via Nuneaton station is a 1hr journey and a 15min taxi journey from Nuneaton to the venue. Hinckley train station is a 9 minute drive to the hotel.

Accommodation 

Action Duchenne would like to offer families a grant up to £100 grant towards their conference travel and/or accommodation to help towards the cost of attending the event. This grant is available due to the generosity of our sponsors for the event. There is one grant available per family and can be claimed after the conference.
