How can I evidence my CPD?
How can I evidence my CPD? After the event you will receive an email in which we will ask you to complete some feedback. Once this is received, you will then be provided with your certificate of attendance which you can use to evidence your CPD. Due to the flexibility of the event and the differing CPD requirements for different countries we are not able to confirm the exact number of CPD hours you will obtain that is relevant for your registration. Please also note that we will only be able to supply certificates of attendance up until 31 December 2023.

Will I be able to access recordings of the sessions after the event?
As this is an in-person Convention we will not be recording the sessions for post-event viewing. The slides from the presentations will be made available after the event (an email will be sent with a link to access these).
Can I cancel my booking if I can no longer attend?
Cancellations need to be emailed to: convention23@conferencecare.com
Refunds of the registration cost will be issued based on the following timescale:Up to 90 days prior: 25%
60 to 90 days prior: 10%
Less than 60 days: No refund
What will the Event App include?
The App will provide lots of Convention content and also display your personalised event agenda, based on the sessions you selected to attend during your registration. There will be an onsite team to assist with any app queries on the day, as well as the event support team you can contact via
convention23@conferencecare.com, should you have any questions.
