The Venue and Accommodation
This year we are returning to the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island. The Conference Suite at the hotel is roomy, airy and bright and the rooms are all on one level, in close proximity so you'll never be far from the action.
The venue is a 25 minute drive from Coventry, a 30 minute drive from Leicester and a 40 minute drive from Birmingham city centre.
The nearest airports are Birmingham airport, which is a 35 minute drive, and East Midlands International Airport, a 40 minute drive.
Travel from London Euston via Nuneaton station (more frequent train options) is a 1hr journey and a 15min taxi journey from Nuneaton to the venue. Hinckley train station is a 9 minute drive to the hotel

This grant is available due to the generosity of our sponsors for the event. There is one grant available per family and can be claimed after the conference.

To apply for the accommodation grant:
Please submit the receipt for your travel and/or accommodation costs as soon as possible after the conference to claim the reimbursement. The form to do this can be found here.Accessible rooms
The hotel has limited fully accessible rooms. There are a number of semi accessible rooms which have wider doorways and have extra room space but not wet room/accessible bathrooms.
