The Scottish Fundraising Conference Committee, made up of professional fundraisers, volunteer their time to bring the Scottish Fundraising Conference to you.
Unless their own charity has been nominated, committee members judge the following categories: Best Individual Giving Campaign, Best Marketing and Communications Campaign, Best Partner Relationship (Corporate, Trust or Major Donor), Best Use of Event or Community Fundraising Initiative, Voluntary Fundraising Group of the Year, and Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year.

Isla Campbell-Lupton
Head of Fundraising
Cerebral Palsy Scotland
Hello. My name is Isla, and I'm a fundraiser. I’ve been fundraising, volunteering and campaigning since I was 15 after I discovered Amnesty International in a modern studies class and set up a letter writing group. My first role was as a Community Fundraiser for Action for Children. From there I joined Poppyscotland where I became Deputy Head of Fundraising. Over 12 years I helped to run Scotland’s largest public fundraising appeal, and developed the learning outreach project #PoppyBud. In 2019 I moved to Music in Hospitals & Care as Head of Fundraising and Communications and most recently to the same role at Cerebral Palsy Scotland. I’m passionate about developing fundraisers, enabling continuous professional development and mentoring. I’ve been a committee member of the CIoF since 2008 and the Scottish Fundraising Conference committee since 2014.
